Receptionist & Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to support our front office and finance department.
The ideal candidate will ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors while providing efficient administrative and financial support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Support scheduling, meetings, and office coordination.
Assist the finance department with data entry, filing, and documentation.
Handle office supplies and general administrative duties.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience (reception, administration, or finance support).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
