Admin assistant (receptionist) – Gate Physical Therapy Group
Overview
Gate Physical Therapy Group, a leading provider of advanced physical therapy services with two branches in Amman, committed to deliver a high end patient care service through a professional, patient-centered environment. is seeking a Receptionist to join our 4th Circle branch. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel welcome and supported.
Responsibilities:
• Manage patient appointments, scheduling and payments.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages related to appointments.
• Greet patients and assist with inquiries and requests at the front desk.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with clinical team and management.
Requirements:
• fluent Arabic and English communication skills (written & verbal).
• 1-3 years of experience.
• previous experience in customer service, front office is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling and email management tools, Microsoft office
• bachelor degree in management, Marketing, hospitality (preferred) or a related field
• Courses in customer service are a plus.
