Job Summary
ISO Schools is seeking a Customer Service Officer with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with parents and students. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experience, responding to inquiries, and following up on registration requests and school-related services.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and respond to inquiries from parents and students through phone calls and various communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding educational programs, tuition fees, and registration procedures.
• Utilize computer systems and Microsoft Office applications efficiently.
• Document calls, inquiries, and interactions while updating records in the approved systems.
• Follow up on complaints and feedback, resolve issues when possible, or escalate them to the relevant department.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure timely processing of requests.
• Achieve customer service performance indicators and maintain high service quality standards.
• Prepare periodic reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and completion rates.
Required Qualifications:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the education sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of calls and inquiries.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
