Chief Accountant
Engineering services company is seeking a motivated and experienced Chief Accountant to join our team.
You will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing our financial operations, ensuring the organization's success and growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights for improvement.
Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Develop and implement financial policies and controls.
Collaborate with department heads on budgets.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Supervise and mentor the finance team.
Manage financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Assess and manage financial risks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
+9 years of experience preferably in service sector.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
