Position Overview:
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will support the elicitation, documentation, and validation of requirements for software development projects.
You will focus on understanding acceptance criteria, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing skills in feature flow sketching.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand the importance of acceptance criteria in the software development lifecycle.
2. Engage with stakeholders to elicit and clarify requirements, demonstrating effective collaboration and communication.
3. Write clear and concise acceptance criteria for common user story scenarios.
4. Use basic sketching techniques to visually represent feature flows.
5. Adhere to predefined acceptance criteria templates and guidelines.
6. Seek and incorporate feedback into acceptance criteria writing.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. 1+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
3. Basic understanding of low code platforms, cloud technologies, AI, and IoT technologies.
4. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
5. Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and operations teams.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze simple to moderately complex problems.
8. Attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under deadlines.
Knowledge of industry trends and standards related to low code development.
