1- Planning Manager / pharmaceutical
One of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Jordan currently looking for Planning Manager to join the senior leadership team at their facility in Amman and take responsibility for day-to-day planning operations and KPI delivery.
This is a permanent full-time position. Hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm Sunday to Thursday / week
As planning manager within the supply chain will be responsible for the control and coordinate of all supply planning activities, including material planning, production planning, and distribution budget , forecast planning, ensuring secure short and long term plans
Responsibilities
Strategic planning; participate in formulation and implementation of dep. Plans to ensure alignment with company strategy and business plans.
Contribute in the development of policies and procedures to secure all plans will met company sales targets
Operational management
Manage day-to- day operations by facilitating professional work processes to achieve high performance levels
Prepare department budget , monitor financial performance against approved budget and identify areas of unsatisfactory performance
Set individual objectives , manage performance, develop and motivate staff, and provide regular feedback to maximize employee performance.
Supply chain and sourcing
Develop and execute material , production, and distribution plans, revising them as needed due to design changes, labor or material shortages , backlog sales orders, any other unexpected interruptions in complete collaboration with other related departments
Develop and maintain capacity planning tool , ensuring it is updated with all factors affecting supply and demand outlook.
Manage master data inputs to ensure high levels of accuracy for long and short term planning
Control over all inventory to maintain optimum stock levels based on monthly company targets
Oversee company value streams (purchase orders, and work orders, to achieve targeted turnaround times
Quality and compliance
Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work process to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications
Record production data, including volume / Qty produced, consumption of raw materials and quality control measures.
Collaboration and reporting
Work closely with relevant departments to measures and improve demand and supply planning
Provide root cause analysis on services losses
Prepare timely accurate reports to meet company and department requirements , policies, and standards
2- Production Manager / pharmaceutical
This is a permanent full-time position. Hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm Sunday to Thursday / week
Responsibilities:
• Pharma industry experience not less than 10 years, 2 years as production manager with reputable pharma industry company
• Full knowledge of all GMP requirements and needs
