Location: Irbid, Jordan
Responsibilities:
๐น Assist customers in finding and selecting the right models.
๐น Explain product features and benefits.
๐น Provide details about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care, and maintenance.
๐น Maintain sales records and personal data.
๐น Prepare daily PSI reports.
๐น Conduct daily stock checks for handsets and accessories.
๐น Issue sales invoices daily.
๐น Place showroom orders with the retail supervisor.
๐น Identify and monitor security concerns.
๐น Arrange device displays and visual merchandising.
๐น Follow all regulations set by the retail supervisor.
๐น Assist customers with software information, updates, and configurations.
๐น Perform any other duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
Qualifications:
๐ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
๐๏ธ 0-1 years' experience in retail shops.
